Lightning protection and Grounding system Business

Due to the increasing risk of lightning damage caused by the vertical and advanced development of buildings, as well as intensified climate change,
there is a need for a Lightning Protection Coordination System.

Lightning Protection Equipment

Lightning protection must be scientifically and technically calculated based on its importance and impact assessment, ensuring over 98% protection efficiency and creating stability and economic efficiency.

Lightning Protection Coordination

For effective lightning protection coordination, a mutually organic and specialized design is required, which includes: 1. Design of lightning strike points, 2. Design of lightning current discharge, 3. Design for suppression of induced lightning surge voltage. We introduce standardized advanced technology to establish stable protection efficiency and propose a lightning protection system with hybrid protection (dual protection method) suitable for domestic conditions to minimize lightning damage and achieve over 98% protection efficiency.

Grounding Equipment

To maximize the effectiveness of grounding, we use the GSI grounding method, conducting field surveys and analyses to design safe grounding voltages and secure resistance areas against abnormal currents and voltages, such as grounding fault currents.
Through One Step System Consulting, which utilizes theories on expanding the self-region of grounding impedance and equalizing the potential distribution,
we offer a single-point grounding system that prevents malfunctions of high-level information and communication systems and related devices, ensuring efficient and stable operation of precision equipment.

SPD

The proportion of incidents in high-speed information and communication equipment, including computers, caused by lightning surges is increasing. Temporary malfunctions or failures of information systems have a significant ripple effect and cause considerable economic losses, thus highlighting the need for stable surge protection measures. In line with this, regulations related to lightning protection have been amended, making the installation of surge protection devices (SPDs), which were once optional, now mandatory for internal lightning protection systems.

To protect electronic devices from surges caused by lightning, we offer next-generation surge protection devices: power and communication SPDs, and the SPD-M, which resolves current SPD issues., The SPD-M measures the size of incoming surges and predicts the state of surge protection components, allowing for the management of appropriate replacement cycles. SPD-M, which was developed based on lightning current measurement technology, has been recognized for its technological prowess by acquiring NET (New Technology Certification) and being designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service.

Lightning Technology One Step Monitoring System

Integrated Lightning Management System is a comprehensive system designed to collect, analyze, display, and manage various information and data related to lightning and surges. It integrates Grounding Monitoring System <GMS> units, Surge Monitoring <SPD-M> units, Surge Protection Device <SPD> units, Lighting Early Warning System <LEPS-9> units and lighting counter units <LC 3000> units, providing a unified dashboard for centralized monitoring. This allows for real-time system status monitoring and the identification and response to issues.

By utilizing the Integrated Monitoring System, real-time weather information can be checked, the occurrence of lightning can be predicted and prepared for in advance, and during lightning strikes, damage caused by lightning can be protected by surge protection devices. The system also predicts the lifespan of surge protection devices, notifying users of replacement times for preemptive maintenance. Additionally, it detects and stores events in real-time and can be operated in a standard PC environment without the need for separate servers or control facilities.

The Integrated Monitoring System is used in major buildings, bridges, leisure and sports industries, roads, railways, aviation, ports, power plants, and various national facilities and plant infrastructures.

Process Safety Management (PSM)

PSM : Process Safety Management Due to a series of major chemical accidents, the need for preventing major industrial accidents has emerged. To prevent 'major industrial accidents' caused by the leakage of hazardous materials, fires, and explosions, this system requires the preparation and submission of a process safety report for review and verification.

Components of Process Safety Reports

·   Process safety data ·   Process hazard analysis ·   Safety operating procedures ·   Emergency response plan establishment ·   Other necessary matters (specified by regulations)
